Hash Contracting Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website at https://hashcontractingsolutions.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, what cookies and similar technologies we use, and the rights you have over your data.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us through the contact / estimate-request form on the home page:
- Your name
- Phone number (optional)
- Email address
- The project details you choose to share
We use this information solely to respond to your request and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share it with unrelated third parties.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use the bare minimum required to make this site work and remember your preferences. By default, only the “strictly necessary” category below is active. Anything else is opt-in via the cookie banner.

Analytics (off by default)
We currently do not load any analytics scripts. If we add a tool like Google Analytics or Plausible in the future, this category controls whether it’s allowed to set cookies or process your data.
Marketing (off by default)
We currently do not run any advertising or remarketing pixels. This category controls whether any future marketing partners may set cookies or measure your activity.

Third parties we rely on
- Supabase — database and image hosting for the project gallery. No personal data of visitors is stored there; project photos uploaded by us are public.
- Vercel / hosting provider — serves the site and writes routine access logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and performance. These logs are deleted after a short retention period set by the provider.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces (Inter, Barlow Condensed). Self-hosted by Next.js, so no requests reach Google’s servers from your browser.
Your rights under GDPR (EU/UK)
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you;
- Receive a copy of it;
- Have it corrected or erased;
- Object to or restrict our use of it;
- Withdraw any consent you previously gave;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your rights under CCPA / CPRA (California)
California residents have the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not process sensitive personal information beyond what’s needed to respond to your inquiry. You may still exercise any of these rights using the contact details below; we will respond within the timelines required by law.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to follow up on your project, plus a reasonable record-keeping window. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will trigger a re-prompt on the cookie banner.
